After eating at a restaurant with my two children, I realized I had forgotten my wallet and panicked, but our waitress, Diane, smiled and told me not to worry. When I went back the next day to repay her, I learned she had been fired, and the owner showed me CCTV footage that completely changed how I saw her actions.
