Romaine lettuce, chopped 1 head
Cherry tomatoes, halved 2 cups
Shredded Cheddar cheese 1 cup
Red onion, diced ½ cup
Black beans, drained and rinsed 1 can (15 oz)
Corn kernels (fresh, canned, or frozen) 1 cup
Crushed Doritos (nacho cheese flavor) 2 cups
For the Dressing:
Ingredients: Quantity
Catalina dressing (or ranch dressing) 1 cup
Lime juice (optional) Juice of 1 lime
Instructions:
Cook the Ground Beef: In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula. Drain any excess fat. Prepare the Salad: In a large salad bowl, combine the chopped lettuce, halved cherry tomatoes, shredded cheese, diced red onion, black beans, and corn. Toss until evenly mixed.
Add Beef & Doritos: Add the seasoned ground beef to the salad mixture and toss to combine. Just before serving, add the crushed Doritos to maintain their crunch.

Serve: Serve the Dorito Taco Salad immediately, while the Doritos are still crispy. Enjoy!
