Arrogant Groom Banishes Sister Before Billionaire CEO Reveals Her Massive Secret

Nicholas had always treated social status like a business deal, so his luxurious wedding in Vermont was extremely important to him. Before the ceremony, he pulled his sister aside and complained that her presence near the entrance could ruin his professional photographs. Despite wearing the dress he had requested and bringing him an expensive gift, Nicholas still considered her an embarrassment.

He handed her a seating chart and ordered her to sit at Table Nineteen, a corner near the kitchen reserved for children and an elderly relative. He also told her not to speak to his most important guest, billionaire CEO Emmett Stewart. Nicholas believed his sister was merely a struggling freelance blogger and didn’t want her anywhere near his wealthy business contacts.

Instead, she quietly joined the children at the table and began drawing with a young boy named Parker. What Nicholas and the rest of the family didn’t know was that her writing career was nothing like they imagined. She was actually a highly successful ghostwriter who secretly wrote speeches for influential leaders and executives.

Even more surprisingly, Emmett Stewart was her biggest client. She had recently written an important speech for him and was also working on his upcoming memoir.

When Emmett finally arrived, Nicholas rushed to greet him and tried to impress him with the best seat in the ballroom. But Emmett ignored the special treatment and immediately noticed the woman sitting at the children’s table.

He walked directly toward her, greeted her warmly, and joined her drawing session. Nicholas panicked and tried to make his sister leave, but Emmett stopped him and revealed that she was the person he had actually come to see.

In front of everyone, Emmett praised her writing and announced that she was one of the best writers in the business. He also revealed that he planned to double her rate and give her a major bonus for their new book.

Nicholas was left humiliated. Later, Emmett told him that his obsession with status had consequences, including uncertainty about his position at Apex Dynamics.

As she left the wedding, she realized she never needed a prestigious seat to prove her worth. Her talent had already earned her the respect she deserved.
