Ingredient Quantity
Italian or French bread 1 loaf
Pizza sauce 1/2 cup
Shredded mozzarella cheese 2 cups
Sliced pepperoni 1/2 cup
Grated Parmesan cheese 1/4 cup
Dried oregano 1/2 teaspoon
Dried basil 1/2 teaspoon
Garlic powder 1/4 teaspoon
Melted butter 2 tablespoons
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:

Preheat Oven:

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Prepare Bread:

Cut the bread in a crosshatch pattern, leaving 1 inch uncut at the bottom. Place on the baking sheet.Add Toppings:

Spread pizza sauce in the cuts.
Stuff with mozzarella and pepperoni.
Mix Parmesan, oregano, basil, garlic powder, and melted butter. Drizzle over the bread.
Bake:

Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes.
Remove foil and bake for 10-15 more minutes, or until golden brown and cheese is melted.
Serve:

Garnish with parsley. Serve warm.
