FBI Under Biden Told Police To Release MS-13 Gang Member Trump Deported To El Salvador: Report

The FBI reportedly instructed Tennessee police to release Kilmar Abrego Garcia, a suspected MS-13 gang member involved in human trafficking, despite concerns raised during a traffic stop.

Officers became suspicious after finding Abrego Garcia with eight people in a car, none carrying luggage. Body camera footage showed him claiming they were headed to Missouri for work and lived in Maryland.

Officers suspected smuggling, noting he had $1,400 in cash. Fox News’ Jesse Watters aired the footage, saying FBI and ICE failed to detain him.

Abrego Garcia had previously been deported under Trump but is now at the center of a political clash. Democrats are calling for his return from El Salvador, though the Supreme Court ruling only mandates the government to “facilitate” his return, not guarantee it.

Political fallout continues.

Here’s how the initial interaction went:

OFFICER: How are you?

ABREGO GARCIA: Good and you?

OFFICER: I’m all right. You have a bunch of people here, don’t you?

ABREGO GARCIA: Yes, go back to work.

OFFICER: Got you, where are you working?

ABREGO GARCIA: Missouri. Yes, sir.

OFFICER: Got you. Where do you live?

ABREGO GARCIA: Where are we living? In Maryland.

OFFICER: Whose vehicle is this? Whose car is it?

ABREGO GARCIA: My boss.

OFFICER: Where does he live? Where does your boss live?

ABREGO GARCIA: He’s in Maryland, but he lives in Texas.

OFFICER: Lives in Texas
