How To Make Easy Amish Meatloaf:

  1. Step 1: Preheat the Oven:Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C)Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan and set it aside.
  2. Step 2: Prepare the Meatloaf Mixture: In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, chopped onion, chopped green bell pepper, beaten eggs, milk, Worcestershire sauce, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Mix gently with your hands until all ingredients are well combined. Be careful not to overmix, as this can make the meatloaf tough.
  3. Step 3: Shape and Bake:Transfer the meat mixture into the prepared loaf pan, pressing it down gently to form an even loaf.
