Crocodile caught little elephant’s trunk when he was drinking a water!

When a crocodile tried to devour his trunk, a newborn elephant managed to escape thanks to his mother’s quick intervention. The incident occurred at a watering hole in the heart of the African wilderness, where the young calf found itself in a life-and-death struggle against the menacing reptile.

Witnesses described the heart-stopping moment when the crocodile lunged out of the water and clamped down on the helpless elephant’s trunk. The herd mates rallied together, trumpeting and snorting in a united effort to protect the defenseless calf.

Photographer Francois Borman captured the intense encounter at Mana Pools in Zimbabwe’s Zambezi Valley. The stunning images tell the tale of a young elephant’s resilience and the unwavering support of its family in the face of danger.

Despite the initial shock and chaos, the baby elephant, with guidance from its mother, managed to turn the tables on the crocodile, emerging victorious in a thrilling struggle for survival. The incredible photos serve as a testament to the bond and courage exhibited by these magnificent creatures in the wild.
