People just noticing major filming error in Die Hard that shows main character ‘resurrected’ after being killed onscreen

Die Hard is a timeless classic. The film is not only part of film history but also the one that brought Bruce Willis straight to the top of Hollywood. However, did the filmmakers make a huge mistake? According to a Reddit user, one of the main characters seemed to have been ‘resurrected.’

On July 15, 1988, Die Hard was released in theaters. John McTiernan’s movie would change the way action movies were made forever, and some of its quotes are still recognizable today.

While it was, and still is, an amazing film, it also had a huge impact on Bruce Willis’ life. It was his big breakthrough, but it was far from certain that the story would end the way it did.

In 2007, Bruce Willis told ET Weekly that he was far from the first choice to play John McCane.“I think I was the 50th choice! They went to everybody. All of those guys probably would have been great John McClanes. As it turns out, if you think about John McClane now, you can’t imagine anybody doing it but me, right? What I always say about John McClane is if he had the choice of someone else stepping up and doing what he had to do, he would let them do it,” he said.

“I remember right around that time, the script for Lethal Weapon came across my path and my girlfriend at the time read it and said it was way too violent. Thank God I didn’t do that one!”

The Reddit user pointed out that the last time we saw Karl in the scene, he was dangling from the chains. However, in the next shot, as John McCane reloads his gun, Karl is standing on the stairs.
