While the dress code requires dark suits and black ties, Trump wore a blue suit with a light blue tie, prompting accusations of disrespect and attention-seeking.
This came months after he mocked Ukrainian President Zelenskyy’s military-style outfit at a White House meeting. Ironically, at the funeral, Zelenskyy wore a formal all-black ensemble, complying more closely with tradition than Trump did.
