My Partner Learned I Rent Out the House My Dad Gifted Me & Demands 50 Percent of the Money

Brian’s 15th birthday party at the Goldman family restaurant was disrupted when a woman in a hospital gown burst in, claiming to be his mother. Adam, Brian’s father, had always told him she died years ago.

“Mom?” Brian said, unsure. Adam, shocked, called for security, but Alice held Brian tightly, pleading, “I’ve missed you so much, my son.” As police took her away, she shouted, “They lied to you, Brian! I was locked away, but I never forgot you or stopped loving you!”

Brian confronted Adam, demanding the truth. Adam admitted, “Yes, it was her. I lied because I thought it was best.” Furious, Brian drove to the mental hospital and helped Alice escape, but during their flight, Alice revealed delusional beliefs about rescuing a daughter who didn’t exist.

As police arrested Alice and informed Brian of Adam’s detention due to a food poisoning incident at the restaurant, Brian realized his attempt at revenge had backfired, causing harm to many. Overwhelmed, he understood the consequences of rash decisions, feeling a deep sense of guilt and regret.
