Mixed Seafood Salad

This Seafood Salad is a light, coastal-inspired favorite that highlights the naturally sweet, mild taste of imitation crab paired with the fresh brightness of dill. It’s essentially a no-cook recipe, making it ideal for hot summer days or easy meal prep. A touch of Old Bay seasoning adds that classic Maryland-style kick, turning a simple salad into something special.

Celery, finely diced — ½ cup

Salt and black pepper — to taste
How to Make Seafood Salad
Step 1: Prepare the Ingredients
If the imitation crab comes in large pieces, gently pull it apart with your fingers or a fork into bite-sized flakes. Finely dice the celery and red onion — smaller pieces help distribute flavor evenly throughout the salad.

Step 2: Mix
In a large bowl, combine the flaked crab, celery, and red onion. Add the mayonnaise, lemon juice, chopped dill, and Old Bay seasoning.

Step 3: Toss and Season
Gently fold everything together with a spoon or spatula, being careful not to break up the crab too much. Season with salt and pepper, then taste and adjust as needed.

Step 4: Chill (Optional)
The salad can be served right away, but for best flavor, cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow everything to come together.
