I’ve never made sausages this way before, but it completely changes everything

These Oven-Baked Honey Garlic Sausages are an easy, flavor-packed option for busy weeknights. A sweet-and-savory blend of honey and soy sauce creates a sticky, umami-rich glaze that caramelizes beautifully in the oven, while sliced onions soften and melt into the sauce for extra depth.

How to Make Oven-Baked Glazed Honey Garlic Sausages

Step 1: Preheat the Oven
Heat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Step 2: Arrange the Sausages
Place the sausages in a baking dish or rectangular foil pan, arranging them in a single layer so they cook evenly.Step 3: Mix the Glaze
In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, soy sauce, olive oil, minced garlic, and black pepper until smooth and well combined.Step 4: Coat and Add Onions
Pour the glaze over the sausages, turning them to coat evenly. Scatter the sliced onion throughout the dish so it cooks and softens in the sauce.

Step 5: Bake
Bake for 25–30 minutes, turning the sausages halfway through to ensure even browning and a sticky, caramelized finish.

Step 6: Rest and Garnish
Remove from the oven and allow the sausages to rest for a few minutes as the glaze thickens. Garnish with fresh parsley, if desired, and serve.
