Marinated Cucumber, Onion, and Tomato Salad

Ingredients:

Medium cucumbers, thinly sliced 2
Medium red onion, thinly sliced 1
Medium tomatoes, chopped 3
Olive oil ¼ cup
Red wine vinegar ¼ cup
Sugar 1 tablespoon
Salt 1 teaspoon
Black pepper ½ teaspoon
Fresh dill, chopped 1 tablespoon

Instructions:

  1. Combine the Vegetables: In a large bowl, combine the 2 thinly sliced cucumbers, 1 thinly sliced red onion, and 3 chopped tomatoes.
