Season the Pork Chops: Begin by seasoning the pork chops with salt and freshly ground black pepper according to your taste preferences.
Sear the Pork Chops: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the pork chops and cook until they are golden brown on both sides and reach an internal temperature of 145°F, approximately 7-8 minutes per side. Once cooked, remove the pork chops from the skillet and set them aside.
Saute the Garlic: Reduce the heat to medium and add the minced garlic to the skillet. Saute the garlic until it becomes fragrant, which should take about 1 minute.
Prepare the Sauce: Whisk together honey, soy sauce, and apple cider vinegar, then pour the mixture into the skillet with the garlic. Cook for an additional 2 minutes, scraping any browned bits from the bottom of the pan to enhance the flavor of the sauce.
Simmer with Sauce: Return the pork chops to the skillet, coating them generously in the sauce. Allow them to simmer for an additional minute, or until the sauce thickens and becomes sticky.
Garnish and Serve: Once the pork chops are cooked to perfection and coated in the delicious honey garlic sauce, garnish them with fresh parsley before serving.
