Hot Fudge Brownie Bread

This decadent dessert combines the rich flavors of chocolate brownies with a self-saucing, gooey fudge center. The “magic” is that the brownie bakes on top while a rich layer of hot fudge sauce forms underneath, thickening as it cools.Ingredients

For the Brownie Batter:

Ingredient Quantity
All-purpose flour 1 cup
Unsweetened cocoa powder 1/2 cup
Baking powder 1/2 teaspoon
Salt 1/4 teaspoon
Unsalted butter (melted) 1/2 cup
Granulated sugar 1 cup
Eggs 2 large
Vanilla extract 1 teaspoon
For the Fudge Center:
Ingredient Quantity
Brown sugar 1/2 cup
Unsweetened cocoa powder 1/4 cup
Boiling water 1 cup
How To Make Hot Fudge Brownie Bread (Magic Fudge Brownies):

Step 1: Preheat Oven and Prep: Preheat oven to 350∘F(175∘C). Grease a 9×9 inch baking dish.
Step 2: Make Brownie Batter:
Whisk together flour, 21 cup cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt in a medium bowl.
Cream together melted butter and granulated sugar in a large bowl.
Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in vanilla extract.
Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until just combined.
Spread the batter evenly into the prepared baking dish.
Step 3: Create Fudge Center (The Magic):
Evenly sprinkle the brown sugar and 41 cup cocoa powder over the top of the brownie batter.
Slowly pour the boiling water over the entire mixture. DO NOT STIR.
Step 4: Bake: Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for 40-45 minutes, or until the edges of the top brownie layer are set and the center is slightly jiggly.
Step 5: Cool and Serve: Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving. The fudge sauce will be runny at first but will thicken as it cools.
Enjoy this delicious and decadent Hot Fudge Brownie Bread!
