Don’t Ignore Fungal Infections

Increase in temperature and humidity is directly proportional to increase in the cases of fungal infections! Some tips to prevent yourself from getting these:
Wear light weight cotton clothes
Dry yourself properly after bath. Don’t let moisture collect in any of the body folds!
After gymming or swimming change your clothes immediately. Don’t let the sweat or wet clothes sit on your body for too long.

Don’t share your towels, combs with anyone.
If you do get a fungal infection, don’t be embarrassed! See your dermatologist and start treatment.
Don’t take medicines from chemists or google. They can worsen the condition.

Don’t apply steroid creams over fungal infection.
