Bacon, cooked and crumbled 4 slices
Instructions:

Preheat Oven: Set your oven to 325 degrees F (163 degrees C).
Prepare Potatoes and Peas: Cut the boiled red potatoes in half and place them on a greased baking pan. Sprinkle the frozen peas evenly over the potatoes.
Make the Cream Sauce: In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Stir in the flour, salt, and pepper until well combined. Gradually pour in the milk and evaporated milk, stirring constantly until the sauce thickens to the desired consistency.
Assemble and Bake: Pour the creamy sauce over the potatoes and peas, ensuring they are evenly coated. Sprinkle the diced onion on top, followed by the cooked and crumbled bacon.
