How to Make Cinnamon Sugar Bite-Size Biscuits

Step 1: Get Ready & Preheat
Heat the oven to 375°F (190°C). In a shallow microwave-safe dish, melt the 4 tablespoons of butter at reduced power. In another shallow bowl, combine the 1/2 cup sugar and 1 tablespoon cinnamon. Coat an 8×8 baking dish well with cooking spray.Dessert Cookbook

Step 2: Cut the Biscuits
Using kitchen scissors, snip each biscuit from the tube into three pieces. Spread the pieces out on a plate so they don’t stick together.

Step 3: Coat & Arrange
Dip each biscuit piece into the melted butter, then roll it in the cinnamon–sugar mixture. Place the coated pieces evenly in the prepared pan, repeating until all are coated and arranged.

Step 4: Bake
Bake for 15–18 minutes, or until the tops are a deep golden brown. Let them cool slightly.

Step 5: Mix & Add the Icing
While they cool, whisk together the 1 cup confectioners’ sugar, 2–3 tablespoons milk, and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract until smooth. Drizzle the icing over the warm biscuit bites.
