Ground beef (85% lean) 1 lb
Green cabbage, chopped 1 medium head (about 6 cups)
Onion, diced 1 medium
Garlic, minced 2 cloves
Olive oil 1 tablespoon
Paprika 1 teaspoon
Cumin 1 teaspoon
Dried oregano 1 teaspoon
Salt and pepper To taste
Diced tomatoes (optional) 1 can (14.5 oz)
Beef broth or water ¼ cup
Fresh parsley or green onions (optional) For garnish
Instructions:

Prepare Ingredients: Chop cabbage, dice onion, and mince garlic.
Brown Ground Beef: Cook ground beef in olive oil until browned, then drain excess fat.
Sauté Onion and Garlic: In the same pan, sauté onion and garlic until fragrant.
Add Cabbage: Combine cabbage with ground beef, onion, and garlic. Cook for 5 minutes.
Season: Add paprika, cumin, oregano, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.
Add Tomatoes and Simmer: If using, add diced tomatoes and beef broth. Simmer covered for 10-15 minutes, or until cabbage is tender.
