His family made the sad announcement about Ozzy Osbourne

Ozzy Osbourne, the legendary Black Sabbath frontman, has faced significant health issues, including Parkinson’s and multiple surgeries. Despite his determination to keep performing, Ozzy announced on July 10 that he would not be appearing at the Power Trip Festival in October 2023.

“As painful as this is, I’ve had to make the decision to bow out of performing on Power Trip,” Ozzy shared on Instagram. He had originally planned to return to the stage in summer 2024 but optimistically accepted the festival offer, only to realize he had to prioritize his health.

“I love you all, and I will see you soon,” he continued, thanking fans for their unwavering support. His supporters responded with understanding, urging him to prioritize his well-being.

Despite the setback, Ozzy remains hopeful about performing again, declaring last year, “I am determined to get back on stage… survival is my legacy.” His deep connection with his audience fuels his resolve to return when ready.
