Ingredients You’ll Need
(Makes 24 clusters)
1½ cups (270g) mini pretzel twists (or sticks, broken into pieces)
¾ cup (90g) roasted salted peanuts (or mixed nuts)
1 cup (250g) creamy peanut butter (not “natural” oily kind)
2 tbsp (28g) unsalted butter
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
Pinch of salt (if using unsalted PB)
Optional:
½ cup (90g) semi-sweet chocolate chips (for drizzle)
Flaky sea salt for finishing
1. Prep & Combine
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, mix pretzels and peanuts.
2. Make the Binder
In a microwave-safe bowl, melt peanut butter and butter in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
Stir in vanilla and salt (if using).
3. Mix & Cluster
Pour warm peanut butter mixture over pretzel-nut mix.
Stir gently until evenly coated.
Drop by heaping tablespoon onto prepared sheet, shaping into loose clusters.
4. Chill & Set
Refrigerate 15–20 minutes until firm.
Optional: Melt chocolate chips, drizzle over clusters, and sprinkle with flaky salt. Chill 5 more minutes.
