Honey 1/4 cup
Apricot preserves (or tangerine/orange) 1/4 cup
Brown sugar 1/4 cup
Soy sauce 2 tablespoons
Cornstarch 1 1/2 tablespoons
Butter 1 tablespoon
Instructions:

Preheat Oven: Begin by preheating your oven to 450°F. Line a rimmed baking sheet with foil and set it aside.
Prepare Meatball Mixture: In a large bowl, whisk the eggs. Add in the ground beef, crushed saltine crackers, minced onion, milk, garlic powder, salt, chili powder, smoked paprika, ground cumin, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
Form Meatballs: Roll the meat mixture into meatball-sized portions and place them on the prepared baking sheet. Bake in the preheated oven for 8 minutes or until they are just browned.
Prepare Honey Buffalo Sauce: While the meatballs are cooking, prepare the honey buffalo sauce. In a medium bowl, whisk together the Frank’s Red Hot Original Sauce, honey, apricot preserves, brown sugar, soy sauce, cornstarch, and butter.
Assemble in Slow Cooker: Line the bottom of your slow cooker with the partially cooked meatballs. Drizzle some of the honey buffalo sauce over the meatballs. Then, add the remaining meatballs and cover them with the rest of the sauce.
Cook: Cover the slow cooker and cook on low heat for 2 hours. After about an hour, give the meatballs a stir and taste the sauce. Adjust the seasoning if necessary.
