These Baked Garlic Parmesan Fries are a crispy, flavorful side dish featuring tender russet potatoes tossed with olive oil and minced garlic, baked until golden, and finished with a dusting of sharp Parmesan cheese and garlic powder.

Baked Garlic Parmesan Fries

Ingredients:

Large Russet Potatoes 2
Olive Oil 2 tbsp.
Minced Garlic 2 tsp.
Garlic Powder 1/4 tsp.
Parmesan Cheese, Grated 3 tbsp.
Salt and Pepper To Taste
How To Make Baked Garlic Parmesan Fries:

Step 1: Preheat Oven and Prep Potatoes: Heat the oven to 450∘F (232∘C). Cut the 2 large russet potatoes into french fry shaped strips.
Step 2: Season and Spread: Place the potato strips on an aluminum foil-lined baking sheet. Toss the strips with the 2 tbsp. olive oil and 2 tsp. minced garlic, as well as salt and pepper to taste. Spread the fries in a single layer to ensure crispiness.
Step 3: Bake: Bake for 30-40 minutes, flipping the fries halfway through, until they are browned and crispy.
Step 4: Finish and Serve: Remove the fries from the oven. Immediately sprinkle with the 1/4 tsp. garlic powder and 3 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese before serving. Enjoy!
