1. Dissolve the Sweetener

In a large jug or bowl, pour 4 cups cold water.

Add sugar (or honey) and stir until completely dissolved.

💡 For honey: Use room-temperature water or warm ½ cup water first to help it blend smoothly.

2. Add Lemon & Salt

Stir in fresh lemon juice and a generous pinch of salt.

Taste and adjust:

  • Too tart? Add a bit more sweetener.
  • Too sweet? Add a splash more lemon.
