Hands down, the best appetizer ever!

These crispy and savory mini wontons are a delicious appetizer or snack. They’re filled with a flavorful mixture of sausage,  and green onions, making them a crowd-pleaser.

Ingredient Quantity
Ground sausage 1/2 pound
Shredded cheddar cheese 1 cup
Finely chopped green onions 1/4 cup
Grated Parmesan cheese 1/4 cup
Black pepper 1/4 teaspoon
Wonton wrappers 24
Olive oil or melted butter 1 tablespoon

Instructions:

    1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
    2. Cook the ground sausage in a skillet until browned and fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
    3. Combine the cooked sausage, cheddar cheese, green onions, Parmesan cheese, and black pepper in a bowl.
    4. Place a wonton wrapper on a clean, flat surface.
    5. Spoon a teaspoon of the sausage mixture into the center of the wrapper.
  1. Moisten the edges of the wrapper with water and fold it over to form a triangle, pressing the edges together to seal.
  2. Repeat with the remaining wrappers and filling.
  3. Arrange the filled wontons on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Brush the wontons with olive oil or melted butter.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
  6. Let cool slightly before serving.
