I’ve been doubling the recipe and baking in a 9×13 for years now.

This decadent cake combines the rich flavors of chocolate, caramel, and pecans for a truly satisfying treat. The gooey caramel bits and crunchy pecans add delightful textures in every bite.

  3. Add Mix-Ins: Fold in the chocolate chips, pecans, butterscotch chips, and caramel bits into the batter.
  4. Bake: Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 35-40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  5. Cool: Let the cake cool completely in the pan on a wire rack.
  6. Frosting: Once cool, spread the chocolate fudge frosting evenly over the top of the cake.
  7. Garnish (Optional): For an extra touch, garnish with chopped pecans or a caramel sauce drizzle.
