Baked Cream Cheese Spaghetti Casserole

Ingredients:

Ingredient Quantity
Spaghetti 12 ounces
Lean ground beef 1 pound
Spaghetti sauce 1 (28 oz) jar
Cream cheese, softened 1 (8 oz) package
Garlic, minced 1 clove
Italian seasoning 1 teaspoon
Garlic salt 1 pinch
Grated Parmesan cheese ½ cup
Shredded mozzarella cheese ½ cup

How to Make Baked Cream Cheese Spaghetti Casserole

  1. Preheat Oven & Cook Pasta: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking pan. Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook the spaghetti according to package directions, about 12 minutes, until tender but still firm.
  2. Brown Beef: Meanwhile, heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the ground beef until it is browned and crumbly, about 5 to 7 minutes. Drain any excess fat, then stir in the spaghetti sauce.
  3. Assemble the Casserole: Drain the spaghetti and place it in a large bowl. Add the softened cream cheese, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, and garlic salt. Stir until the cream cheese is melted and the spaghetti is thoroughly coated. Spread a small amount of the meat sauce on the bottom of the prepared baking pan. Place the creamy spaghetti on top, then cover it with the remaining meat sauce. Sprinkle the Parmesan and mozzarella cheeses evenly over the top.
  4. Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes, or until the casserole is bubbly and the cheese is golden and melted.

Enjoy this cheesy, savory baked spaghetti!
