4-Ingredient Ravioli Lasagna

This simple Ravioli Lasagna is a weeknight lifesaver, delivering hearty, comforting flavor with minimal effort and just four core ingredients. It features layers of savory Italian sausage, marinara sauce, cheese ravioli, and a blend of melted Italian cheese

Ingredients:

Marinara sauce (store-bought or homemade) 1 jar (approx. 24-25 oz)
Mild Italian sausage 1 pound
Cheese ravioli (fresh or frozen) 1 bag (approx. 20-25 oz)
Shredded Italian cheese (Mozzarella, Provolone, Parmesan blend) 2 cups

How To Make 4-Ingredient Ravioli Lasagna:

  1. Step 1: Cook the Italian SausagePreheat your oven to 375∘F(190∘C). Brown the Italian sausage in a pan over medium heat, breaking it apart as it cooks (about 8-10 minutes). Once done, drain any excess fat from the pan.
  2. Step 2: Simmer the Marinara SauceAdd the marinara sauce to the cooked sausage. Let the mixture simmer for a few minutes so that the savory sausage flavors blend beautifully with the tomato sauce.
  3. Step 3: Layer the Lasagna
    • Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
    • Spread about 1/3 of the sausage and sauce mixture at the bottom of the baking dish.
    • Add a single, even layer of cheese ravioli (no need to pre-cook).
    • Spread another 1/3 of the sauce mixture over the ravioli.
    • Add a second layer of ravioli.
    • Pour the remaining sauce mixture over the top layer of ravioli.
  4. Step 4: Top and Bake: Sprinkle a generous layer of shredded Italian cheese (2 cups) on top. Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil.
  5. Step 5: The Baking Process:
    • Bake the lasagna for about 20-25 minutes(covered) to allow the ravioli to cook and the cheese to melt.
    • Remove the foil and continue baking for the last 5 minutes to let the cheese develop a golden, crispy layer.
  6. Step 6: Serve: Let the lasagna rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing and serving.
